Key Responsibilities–
- Infrastructure Managed Services: Maintain seamless operation of IT systems and infrastructure, optimize performance, and bolster security across both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Application/Cloud Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain vital cloud-based and software applications to guarantee uninterrupted functionality.
- Project Control Services: Aid project management teams by tracking progress, addressing obstacles, and improving quality assurance processes.
- Low/No Code Application Development: Create user-friendly, client-oriented applications using drag-and-drop tools, form builders, and automation workflows.
- Quality Engineering: Formulate test scenarios, execute testing plans, evaluate results, and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.Com, B.A, M.A, M.Com, M.Sc (Non-CS/IT), etc.
(Excludes B.E/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc in CS/IT/Data Science) - Experience: 0 to 23 months
- No backlogs or academic gaps
- Must be authorized to work in India

Description:In this position, you will be dedicated to the development and support of packaged applications that are crucial to business operations across various sectors. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will engage extensively in application development, integration, testing, and support across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and support applications according to client requirements
- Utilize advanced tools and programming languages to deliver high-performance software solutions
- Create automation solutions and seamlessly integrate new technologies into existing systems
- Offer technical support through diverse channels, including chat, voice, email, and remote assistance
- Participate in software testing activities, including test design, execution, and defect tracking
Preferred Skills (Not Essential):
- Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP
- Experience in Salesforce customization and configuration
- Familiarity with J2EE, .NET, and full-stack development
